1. About AA 3D Studio

AA 3D Studio provides architectural visualization and related creative services to architects, designers, developers, builders, property professionals, businesses, and private clients internationally.

Our services may include:

• Exterior architectural renderings
• Interior renderings
• 3D modelling
• Architectural animations and walkthroughs
• 360-degree visualizations
• 3D floor plans
• Landscape visualization
• Presentation visuals
• Post-production
• Other agreed visualization services

2. Project Quotations and Agreements

Each project may be subject to a separate quotation, proposal, email confirmation, or written agreement describing matters such as:

• Project scope
• Required views or deliverables
• Pricing
• Number and type of images or animations
• Required modelling
• Expected delivery schedule
• Revision arrangements
• Special requirements

A quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared.

If the project requirements materially change after approval, AA 3D Studio may revise the price, timeline, or scope.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written project agreement, the specific project agreement will take priority for that project.

3. Project Information and Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing sufficient and accurate information for the project. This may include:

• Architectural drawings
• Floor plans
• Elevations and sections
• CAD or DWG files
• 3D models
• Revit or SketchUp files
• Material specifications
• Reference images
• Landscape information
• Required camera views
• Project location
• Design direction
• Branding or marketing requirements
• Required deadline

The client is responsible for checking that drawings, dimensions, designs, models, specifications, and other information supplied to AA 3D Studio are accurate and authorized for use.

AA 3D Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or conflicting information supplied by the client or third parties.

4. Existing 3D Models

Where a client provides an existing 3D model, the quotation may assume that the model is sufficiently complete, organized, and accurate for visualization.

If substantial correction, rebuilding, optimization, or additional modelling becomes necessary, AA 3D Studio may notify the client, request additional information, revise the delivery schedule, and/or quote an additional fee.

5. Visualization Accuracy

AA 3D Studio aims to represent the client's design intent accurately based on the information supplied.

However, architectural visualizations are illustrative representations and are not construction documents, engineering drawings, surveys, or guarantees of the final constructed appearance.

Factors such as lighting, materials, landscaping, furniture, surroundings, dimensions, colours, finishes, and environmental conditions may vary from the final built result.

The client remains responsible for technical, architectural, planning, engineering, regulatory, and construction decisions.

6. Workflow

Unless otherwise agreed, our typical workflow may include:

1. Review of drawings, models, references, materials, and project requirements.
2. Preparation or refinement of the 3D model where required.
3. Development of initial or progress previews.
4. Client review and feedback.
5. Agreed revisions and adjustments.
6. Final high-resolution production and delivery.

Preview images may be lower resolution or unfinished and should not be treated as final deliverables.

7. Revisions and Additional Work

AA 3D Studio normally provides opportunities for client feedback and reasonable revisions before final delivery, in accordance with the scope agreed for the project.

Reasonable adjustments that remain within the originally agreed design and project scope may be completed during the preview/revision stage without an additional charge, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or project agreement.

Additional charges may apply where requested changes involve:

• A new design direction
• Major architectural or design changes
• Changes to previously approved elements
• Additional camera views
• Additional rooms, areas, or spaces
• Significant model rebuilding
• New images, animations, or other deliverables
• Changes outside the originally agreed scope
• Revisions or modifications requested after the final deliverables have been completed or delivered

Any additional work requested after the final deliverables have been completed or delivered will be treated as new or additional work. AA 3D Studio will confirm the applicable fee before beginning such work, and the additional-work fee must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AA 3D Studio will not be required to begin additional post-completion work until the applicable advance payment has been received.

8. Client Feedback

Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback wherever reasonably possible.

Feedback may be provided through methods agreed for the project, such as:

• Email
• WhatsApp
• Online meetings
• Marked-up images
• PDF comments
• The client's project-management platform

Delays in receiving feedback, drawings, approvals, materials, or other required information may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

9. Project Timelines

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed in writing.

Project duration depends on factors including:

• Project size and complexity
• Number of views
• Availability and quality of drawings
• Modelling requirements
• Animation length
• Revision requirements
• Client response time
• Changes to the original scope

AA 3D Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, client changes, third-party delays, technical issues outside reasonable control, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment structure is:

50% before the project begins and 50% upon completion/final delivery.

Different payment arrangements may be agreed for particular projects, returning clients, larger commissions, or ongoing collaborations.

All prices and currencies will be stated in the applicable quotation or proposal.

The client is responsible for any bank, transfer, intermediary, currency-conversion, or similar charges imposed by their payment provider unless otherwise agreed.

Fees for additional work requested after completion or final delivery are payable in advance before the additional work begins, unless AA 3D Studio agrees to different payment terms in writing.

11. Late or Outstanding Payments

AA 3D Studio may withhold final high-resolution files, unwatermarked deliverables, source files, additional revisions, or further project work until amounts due under the project have been paid.

AA 3D Studio may also suspend ongoing work where an agreed payment becomes overdue.

12. Cancellation

A client may request cancellation by contacting AA 3D Studio in writing.

Any cancellation will be assessed according to the amount of work already completed, resources committed to the project, and any specific cancellation provisions stated in the quotation or project agreement.

The client may remain responsible for fees relating to work performed before cancellation.

Any refund, credit, or outstanding amount will be determined according to the specific circumstances, the applicable project agreement, and any mandatory legal rights that apply.

13. Final Delivery

Final deliverables will be supplied in the format and resolution agreed for the project.

Unless specifically included in the quotation, the following are not automatically included:

• Editable source files
• Original 3D scene files
• Working Photoshop files
• Material libraries
• Commercial asset libraries
• Software project files
• Licensed third-party assets

Requests for source or working files may be considered separately and may involve additional fees or licensing restrictions.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AA 3D Studio retains copyright and intellectual-property rights in the visualization work it creates.

After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for the purposes reasonably connected with the agreed project, including presentation, planning, marketing, sales, publication, or portfolio use as applicable to the project.

The client may not resell, commercially redistribute, license, or claim authorship of AA 3D Studio's work as a standalone visualization product unless specifically agreed in writing.

Any broader copyright assignment or exclusive ownership arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.

15. Client-Supplied Intellectual Property

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide and authorize AA 3D Studio to use drawings, architectural designs, photographs, models, plans, logos, branding, text, reference materials, and other supplied content.

AA 3D Studio is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims arising directly from materials supplied or specifically instructed for use by the client.

16. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, AA 3D Studio may display completed visualization work for reasonable promotional purposes, including:

• AA 3D Studio's website
• Portfolio
• Social-media accounts
• Presentations
• Business-development materials
• Award submissions or promotional publications

Where a project is confidential, subject to an NDA, unreleased, or otherwise restricted, the applicable confidentiality agreement or written client instruction will take priority.

Clients who require their project to remain private should inform AA 3D Studio before publication.

17. Confidentiality

AA 3D Studio handles client drawings, plans, models, references, project information, and other materials with appropriate care.

Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed publicly except where the client authorizes disclosure, disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services, the information is already publicly available, or disclosure is required by law.

Where a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement exists, that agreement will govern the relevant confidential information.

18. Third-Party Assets and Software

Visualization work may incorporate appropriately licensed third-party materials such as 3D models, textures, fonts, vegetation, stock assets, software libraries, and rendering assets.

Ownership of those third-party materials remains with their respective owners and is subject to their applicable licences.

A client's rights in the final visualization do not automatically transfer ownership of third-party assets or software.

19. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on aa3dstudio.com, including images, renderings, animations, graphics, text, branding, page design, and portfolio materials, is owned by or licensed to AA 3D Studio.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

20. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms.

AA 3D Studio does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

21. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website or during project enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AA 3D Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from the use of the website or visualization services where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or directly caused by AA 3D Studio.

AA 3D Studio is not responsible for construction decisions, engineering decisions, planning approvals, purchasing decisions, or other professional decisions made solely in reliance on a visualization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

23. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

AA 3D Studio will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.

Examples may include:

• Major internet or infrastructure outages
• Power failures
• Natural disasters
• War or civil disturbance
• Government restrictions
• Serious illness
• Third-party service failures
• Significant software or cloud-service outages

Where such an event occurs, AA 3D Studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected client and resume work when reasonably possible.

24. Fairness and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended primarily to establish fair and transparent rules between AA 3D Studio and its clients.

If you engage AA 3D Studio as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country that cannot be excluded by contract.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing for a particular project, these Terms and the relationship between the client and AA 3D Studio will be governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication.

Where a mandatory law gives a client the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove that right.

26. Changes to These Terms

AA 3D Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, technologies, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page together with the revised Last updated date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the agreed commercial terms of an existing project unless agreed between the parties or required by law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

28. Entire Project Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, proposal, approved project brief, written instructions, and any separately executed agreement, form the agreement relating to the relevant services.

Any project-specific written agreement will take priority where it expressly differs from these general Terms.
